• You can navigate from field to field as follows:
• Try pressing the Tab key on your keyboard until you se a cursor blinking in the first form box.
• Enter your value in each field and use the Tab key to move down or forward to the next field
• To move backward or up the page, press and hold the
• Shift key and momentarily press the Tab key.
• To Submit or Reset the form, use the tab to outline the Submit or Reset button and press the Enter Key.

When you wish to return to the previous form, use your browser Back button to return to the Join Form
